Hoping someone can help me out. I have a Ej20G running ESL and just installed some 460cc injector and a walbaro. After changing the Injection scale to 0.84. On startup with a cold engine Im getting AFR of around 16-17 at idle. After warming up the closed loop seems to try to maintain 14.7. But AFR are getting rather lean when these a sudden change in load.
AFR are getting down to around 12ish under heavy load and rpm
Is it running lean on startup for some kind of emission control or havea missed something?!

Any ideas would be great. AFR being measured on a Wideband Lm2

 

My bug wrx runs at about 12.5:1 at idle and anywhere down to 11:1 on boost. 14.7:1 off boost, pootling about.

 

Bring the injector scale back up until the AFRs on the wideband match those in the fuel map, if still load is still MAF based.
