Default EJ20G engine limits

Hey guys! First time I start a topic here.
So I have a 95' STI v.2 and was wondering what are the limits for this 2L turbo engine in terms of durability and horse power? I want to boost it to around 425-450 HP, but I read somewhere these subaru engines are very fragile over the 350 HP limit. Is that true and what kind of steps I have to take so I can reach 450 HP and still keep the engine safe ? I love the car and want to take good care of it and its engine ofc. I had some engine issues back in 2014 and had to rebuilt it in a local car service. It has been working great since and they also forged my pistons than. So that was about 28k miles ago.
Here is some more info on the engine:
Engine type: EJ20G DW5PE
Cylinder Bore 92.0 mm
Stroke 75.0 mm
Displacement 1,994 cc
Compression Ratio 8.5 :1
Fuel Type Petrol
Induction Turbocharged
Valvetrain Double Overhead Camshaft (DOHC)
Valves 16 4 Valves per Cylinder
Peak Power 275 PSat 6,500 rpm
Peak Torque 319 N·mat 4,000 rpm

Depends on what forged components were used really. People have made 800bhp from a 2ltr but the internals were different.

You have a closed deck block in there it's the strongest block to start from. That's the tip of the iceberg though, if you've had forged pistons and rods fitted I'd say slap an sc46 on there with some injectors and a pump and a front mount and get it mapped and see how she likes it
