Hi does anyone still know of anyone covering Alcatek mapping I have a Ecu I purchased a while back but it’s been a long standing project and from what I now read these are difficult to get mapped

do Alcatek still exist and is there anyone mapping these still nowadays ?

any ideas or suggestions

there isnt much problem getting mappers for them ,, the main problem is swapping mappers as the ecu needs to be sent off and iv already lost one ecu and get no reply from Andy ,, the guy is a dick

Is there any way of identifying who was the original mapper , is it just a case of calling them all up with the Ecu number to see if they have it registered .?

Might be worth trying TEG sport in carnforth as they do Alkatek ecu’s.

perfect outcome on this , TEG sport have contact with Andy Leech

i phoned them a few days ago and they came back to me today

these Ecu,s are still fully supported and can be upgraded or transferred between cars

ive just sent the unit back to them to be updated and il be purchasing the programming lead and software codes to allow me to take it to any mapper

perfect solution for the problem I thought I had , there are a lot of people thinking these Ecu,s are no good and not any use , but they are fully supported and not as bad as a lot of people have the impression of.
