if it's same turbo you don't need remap,

generally when 1.9 tdi broke turbo, you should need clean the intercooler and other intake parts because of oil and check egr etc. did you check other parts?

also consider why did the old turbo break, is it possible the N75 valve is faulty and your stuck on low boost now? Are there any faults logged in any of the modules? Do you have a datalog showing target vs actual boost etc.?

The intercooler was cleaned and also the EGR valve aswell. They said my map was setup for my old turbo and the new turbo boost range is not the same and it needed to be remapped

Hi there. the machine does not pickup any faults on the car. My car has good boost but the boost is not the same as before the turbo blew. The only thing I know about the turbo is the turbain one blad broke into pieces.

ok - but you can log how much boost the map is asking for vs how much boost the turbo is creating. If the turbo is meeting the target boost then it's not broken its working as expected (as per the maps request and instruction).

the guy that did my map will come and log my car to see waht the acutal boost is vs the boost the map is requesting as soon as I get the info I will get back to you regarding this. But can it be possible that the new turbo boost is different as per what the map is requesting
