03 blobeye wagon you can do with opensource using an openport 2 cable and romraider/ecuflash software - unless it's a PPP ecu or has been previously ECUTek remapped (in which case it's easier to replace the ECU with an unmapped one - but you'll need someone to code the new ECU to the cars immobiliser system). You can read up a little more over on the romraider forum: http://romraider.com/forum/

Thanks.

Car is pop so it sounds like I will need to get a new edu. Are they expensive. Is it possible to code the new edu to get it to work myself?

Thanks.

price depends where you buy it from. if you buy the ECU, keys, immobiliser box etc. as a kit you can fit it all yourself. if you buy the ECU only you'll need the ssm tool to link it with the car so usually a dealer or specialist job.
