AFAIK at this time they had started remapping existing (22611AJ830 B3) ECUs - brochures state "Recalibrated engine management system" (either done at the Dealers or returned to HO for reflashing)
Unless it has an additional label added externally, then Ecutek would probably show up some changes or licence added.
Also the PPP certificate for the car.
When my car's ECU was reflashed by Subaru it didn't leave the vehicle. Only thing i have is the certificate and dyno readings done afterwards.

As above map on std ecu
It's supposedly done to 1.1 bar and equates to roughly 265bhp on the wrx but that should be taken with a pinch of salt.
The wife's has had a subsequent map to 1.3 bar and only made 246bhp with 270lbs-ft

Does anyone of you with PPP Blobeye have some data (romraider logs, dyno, etc.) showing how turbo spools? I have PPP blob and it seems to have very noticable boost treshold - there is a kick in the back about 3500-3800 rpm, but before that it goes rather weak.
