04 subaru sport help

car has has loss of power when revving jumping about now engine managment light flashing help

Could be a number of things,reading the cel error will tell you more,buy a cheap reader as it's usually a rip off when a garage plugs it in.
Or if you're in the AA they will check the error codes for you.
