Are you drunk Tidgy or replying on your phone with your eyes closed?

Welcome to the mad house.

Use the search facility on here and have a look through forged builds to get an idea. There is SO much info already on here with options. Mahle pistons are great, 2 real material grades to choose from depending on your requirement, uprated rods, RCM head gaskets (or cosworth) AP studs, 11mm will be fine and go from there.

Good luck.
