Default ej20g trying to start

I bought a running block ej20g which had fuel lab fpr. I removed it to put my standard fuel rail on with yellow injectors. Has a wallbro255 fuelpump z4 ecu front mound intercooler and td05 top feed turbo. Turns over no spark. New sensors worked in previous block, solderd the wiring loom and tidied it up dont know where else to look.
Any help?

Faulty Cam or crank sensor can stop it firing, what loom work did you do ?
Those 440cc injectors may be flooding it, as the z4 isn't set up for those,
Isn't your car a phase 1 with running the 4 plug z4 yet the yellows are a phase 2 injector ?

Yellows can be phase 1/1.5 as well.
