2000 impreza turbo tuning
I have just bought my first impreza it's a 2000 impreza turbo (2000) I love the car but just wish it had a bit more power.I was wondering if it was possible to get it to 350hp.Engine has been forged and it has a blitz nur spec exhaust front to back and decat.Next step was walbro 255 fuel pump,pink sti injectors and td05h turbo then a remap would this see me close to my goal.Also it has a bigger top mount intercooler from a later model sti.
pink STI injectors are for newage cars mr they won't fit your engine I believe its the yellow ones you want. You'll also be on the lookout for a larger intercooler, fuel pressure regulator and some grade 7 plugs.
If your serious about your goals then consider replacing the ECU with something that can run MAFless - I'm not sure if the ECUtek remap for classics can support that but I know you can do it with simtek/ESL/apexi alternatives.

The MY00 car will come with yellow 440's as standard. Not sure they will go as far as 350bhp. You can get 500+ side feeds but they are a bit harder to source. Or do a top feed conversion and use the STI pinks or other after market top feeds.
You can only run mafless with a different ECU.
Turbo, injectors, pump and fpr will see you to 350 with a remap but your gearbox will be the next thing to need attention.
With regards to intercooler you can fit bigger top mount or a fmic and induction (but not great for MAF's). However I am fairly sure the standard top mount will make 350 but will clearly be better with a bigger cooler.
