Could I put a Subaru Impreza turbo classic: TD05 top entry turbo charger part no: 14412 AA090 onto my Subaru Impreza uk 2000 turbo??

The MY93-96 'phase 1' UK Turbo 2000 model already comes with the top entry TD05H 16g.
But the 'phase 1.5' MY97/98 and 'phase 2' MY99/00 ones had the smaller front entry TD04L 13g.
So I'm assuming yours is not a 'phase 1' car, then?
If so, it's much easier to stick with a front entry replacement on a front entry car. Obviously. (Plus, maintaining the simpler intake pipework makes for a less restrictive airflow path).
What supporting mods do you intend to fit, as that will dictate your optimal turbo choices. And, if fitting a larger or different turbo to std fitment, then I assume you also realise you'll need a remap?
