Default WRX 2004 Prodrive

Hey Guys,
I own a 2004 wrx with Prodrive.
lately i started having limp mode and was limited to 0.6 bar boost insted of the regular 1.1 bar.
i went to subaru and they had a software update from few years ago that takes care of "low boost on high temp" problem...
i asked the mechanic if this software update can harm my prodrive and he said that the software update is one thing and the prodrive is a chip and cannot be harmed.
going out of the shop my car boosted 0.9 (factory / standard)
Question is if my prodrive software was overwritten? Harmed?
Was it boosting only 0.9 because it was hot / needs to relearn the sensors...?
can i check somehow? All i have is a obd bluetooth adapter
Thanks ahead and sorry for my English,
Lior

if they reflashed the ECU then the prodrive map has been removed you'll have to go back to them to get it sorted.

Only on the very early cars was the prodrive map an add-on chip.
