you should be able to get around 1mm negative camber on the oe bolts if you lift the wheel up and tightnen them up,
friend of mine ended up with 0.9mm neg camber on rear with his bcs using the standard bolts only,i was surprised at the amount of movement-0.9mm neg to 0.4mm pos just lifting the wheel up and down with them loose.

I had coilovers fitted on my previous hawkeyesti, but didn't get the camber bolts until after and there was no movement available on rear camber. She was sitting at neg 5 (neg2.5 each side) and it was visibly evident. That would have been better for track (apparently) but not for road, should be neg3.
You can maybe get some movement with oe bolts on classic, but there is no camber adjustment on rear of a hawkeye (sti at least). So if you have a hawkeye better get the camber bolts and if you have a saloon get the extenders, cos it's a pain taking seats in and out to adjust the dampening.
You can get camber bolts from Apex along with their coilovers, have a look at group buy posts. think my camber bolts were £28 !

Whiteline do camber adjusting bolts. For road use you replace one bolt per strut, for track you replace both. Have them on my bugeye with Tein shocks, only thing is for adjusting rear camber some places do charge a high price.
