Question corner weighting and alignment

Thinking of getting the corner weights checked/sorted on my T25 setup WRX.

Does the geometry need redoing after cornerwighting, ie if the ride height is changed in anyway shouldn't alignment be re done..?

to be exact about it all, then yes

is corner weighting done with the driver in?
..if not, why not ...cos the driver is gonna have an impact on weight balance!
be interesting to measure arch heights before and after the weighting ...and with/without driver
