Nice one! My opinion is who cares, if you've got the money to burn tyres in your Impreza then good one you. These cars are for enjoying. There are plenty of people who could do dohnuts in a car park all day without hastle, being in total control...then you get the odd tw*t who tries it even though he knows he isn't in control, then prangs the car.

It's that one tosser that ruins things for everyone, but that's life. Lol

Hope your sumps modified. Mates engine went because centripedal (centrifugal can never remember which one) force sent oil to outer edges of sump away from pickup resulting in engine starvation and rather large bill.

Good advice...I'd even forgot about that. Would only apply to tarmac though, as I don't think the car would spin fast enough on snow to have that effect.

What, sumps in front in middle, **** end spins out, engine stays central, so no centrifugal effect

Yeah but the engine spins around. Just stir your tea to see what happens.

Don't know how much it drops only know his engine went bang through no oil. Maybe he didn't have it topped up. I'd still be careful about doing prolonged ones with high rotation speed though.
