took my 05 wrx to carnetix in melton mowbray today, Carnetix - The home of Saab and Subaru performance in the Midlands
just wanted to say the service is excellent, job done in the time they said, as much tea and coffee that i could drink, offered me a lift into town and the best bit, my car now handles as it should have done when i bought it!! and at a reasonable price, they also identified another problem that my stealer should fix under warranty, but when i went there to book it in showed the other side of the coin, they want to charge me £15 + vat per day for a courtesy car, all i wanted was a lift home which they wouldnt do, so much for valuing your customer.
