Default Smooth start

As everybody knows, the clutch is one of the weakest points of a Subaru, in fatc of every 4*4 because it get's all the power without wheelspin in a "blitz" start...

What's your method of perfect start at the traffic lights...

Normally I let the clutch go very fast, not thumping, but a smooth action between clutch and throttle to get the revs up without slipping as fast as possible.
I think that is one of the better ways to save the clutch, ATM I have 60.000 miles and still going strong...

Clutches are cheap... I'm more inclined to give the clutch a bit of abuse instead of the gearbox. Having said that, I get a nice bit of wheelspin in my new car
