Possibly a faulty injector on cylinder 4. Giving the car full throttle until this issue is diagnosed and fixed is not advisable, unless you have very deep pockets.

Why edit posts after a problem has been solved?

Since the default answer for most answers on here is "do a search, it's been asked before" - clearing out a solved issue isn't helpful for others later!
