Hello!, I have a ScoobySport Backbox, but i'm not sure whether to do the downpipe or midsection next Can anybody tell me from experience which compliments the backbox the most? as i can't really afford both

Cheers!

Can't comment on style or sound, but the downpipe will give you the greatest gains, but costs more and takes longer to fit.

Thanks John, i've been told that the downpipe does give more torque in the lower rev range. I just wanted another opinion first!

In all honesty, as John says, go for the downpipe.

I did and never regretted doing so, sounds awesome, though this fabled extra power wasn't noticeable

So, what difference, if any would the mid-section make, considering it is almost £200 cheaper than a downpipe

Cheers!
Pete!

Thumbs up

Thanks, from what i have gathered a mid-section is of no use really, except for showing off which IMHO is a bit daft. Ta! for the Advice

Question

As a matter of intrest, are the down pipes 4 into 1 type or 4-2-1 type? Do Scoobys use indervidual exhaust ports or are they siamese?
Just wondered
