Question Help find the problem!

Ok.. i had to get my clutch changed as the bearing had gone and used to make a loud grinding noise at biting point.

well i got it fixed and changed for an exedy pink (bought from aztec) and clutch feels perfect (a bit juddery but i can live with that)

BUT every now and again the grinding noise comes back (not as loud as before) and vibration through the gear stick when the clutch is pressed fully down if in gear but also does it sometimes out of gear with the clutch fully pressed.

now i asked the garage and they don't have a clue why its making the noise as it shouldn't be, The clutch is brand new exedy pink. including new bearing and cover that comes with the exedy.
They also said if its the gearbox it would do the grinding noise constantly but it only does it now and again when the clutch fully pressed down.

So here is the symptoms.

Grinding noise when clutch fully pressed and in gear.
will do the noise sometimes if i take it out of gear and keep clutch pressed down.
seems to be mostly in gear it does it but noise never lasts for very long, i would say from 5 to 60 secs.

Noise coming from the clutch general area but if listening from inside car then below the gear stick.

No clutch slippage and feels and works as it should.
Gears change fine and feel and work as they should.

Seems to happen after the car has been driven for a bit.

This is driving me mad and most people say clutch bearing but i know its not that as its just been changed. so its a mastery!

not unless they would check this during fitting the clutch?

it seems to only make the noise once the cars been driven and warmed up a bit.

and the noise only lasts for less than 60 secs if i keep my foot down on the clutch it will eventually stop.
cant tell if its making the noise anytime am driving as cars a tad loud.

I would be tempted to say clutch still. but flywheel could be another option. but you need to ask if they checked it when replaced. how bad was the clutch before?
only other thing is gearbox is wearing. but i doubt that one

The clutch wasn't that bad. it was just the clutch bearing that was pretty bad.

They said the flywheel was fine and no marks on it.

It just confuses me as it does not do it every single time. it does it after ive been driving a good bit when i stop and put the clutch down still in gear it makes that noise for a bit but stops after 10 to 60 seconds or so. then it wont do it again until another random time.

always random times and i cant make it do it on command.

really does sound like clutch, flywheel. if you imagine out of 100 number 2 is dameged, every time you dip the clutch snd hit numbere 2 it makes the noise. which is why you cant do it all the time.
take it back to them and get them to look at it.

this is pissing me right off now tbh.

if i pay yet again to get the car taken apart will they be able to see visually that anything is wrong with a part?

or am i going to have to keep replacing bits just to see if the noise goes away?
