Guys,

First the configuration: Standard MY00 (AE802) + dawes (adjusted to a fraction under standard fuel cut) + resonator removal + intercooler splitter + Optimax.

I’ve posted before about my hesitation between 2500 – 3500 RPMs. I understand that a lot of our MY00 do this. Anyway, the hesitation is made worse by the above mods. The thing that is REALLY annoying is that when I revert the car back to standard to get the dealer to look at the problem it almost goes away.

It’s as if there is an incorrect mapping low down in rev range. I guess this is made worse with the above mods because the mixture is made even weaker. I need to do some analysis of this problem myself other wise it will never get sorted. This is where one of you guys may be able to help … does anyone with the Delta Dash software live anyway near Bournemouth, Dorset (south coast) and is willing to plug into my car to capture a log file? This will really help me diagnose the problem.

My only other course of action is to get a different ECU (AE801 or Tek equivalent) as a few people seem to say this also solves the hesitation problem.

I'm pretty sure that all you'd see if someone plugged a Delta Dash in is that you have the usual lean spot.
As you say, wop in a 801 - or seeming that it's about the same price & better - the Tek1 (or Tek2 if you're feeling greedy ).
