So I've had the in known 6 plate paddle clutch fitted today - holy sh*t it don't half judder ! It makes my exhaust rattle ! Even on down change ! Will this get better or is there a secret !

You should have asked before fitting one of these as they are horrid things to drive with, town driving will be a nightmare as they don't like low speeds and they put a lot of strain on the transmission (though not too bad on a 6 speed).
You would have been much better off with something like an ap organic clutch.
