Anybody else see this in Banzai this month. This stuff apparantly coats the crown of the piston and so makes it more resistant to damage if detonation occurs.Any thoughts/experiences?
ps costs £25 per piston

yeah its in cars & car conversions this month too, there have been a lot of people round here that have used this type of thing on pinto's for rallying, when about 200bhp and v.high compression, and hence piston crown temps. protects the pistons against any det aswell.

cheers
