Does a de-cat exhaust require engine re-tune?

just had a TSL open neck downpipe and a Blitz NurSpecR mid and back section fitted, will my scooby (turbo 2000 my00) now need a bit of a tune / boost adjustment / ecu ? or will it tune itself??

It will sort itself out m8, might be worth an ECU reset though to speed up the process.
