Question

Just checked my ecu as car MY96 has developed a miss at low revs (1500)after oil, plugs and timing belt change. Code 45 was present, did reset and had a drive and code 45 is back again. Is this anything to worry about as all seems fine apart from the miss, if so then whats my next step?

Dodgy boost solenoid, you need to clean out the boost pipes and boost control solenoid with carb cleaner.

Excess oil gets in there, especially if it's been overfilled at a change.
