Default Uprated front wheel bearings?

Does anyone do them? or a conversion to the larger later bearing?I know WRC Spares do exchange hubs at a ridiculous price ,does anyone else ? but at sensible money.

I assume the hubs have been machined to accept the larger bearings with them installed?
My 03 STi has a bad front bearing and the others are making some noise. Quote from Extreme Scoobies (Essex) for gen. Subaru bearings installed, all four - £800!

The car runs WRC brakes and is suffering bad pad knock off ,I think I need the dimensions of the later bearing and see how to machine the early hub to make it fit.I know some earlier escort cosworth groupA cars ,ran a standard transit bearing that was pulled apart re-machined for a closer tolerence and reassembled just because of this problem .
