Default Please, advice on gearbox!

I'm an owner of '97 V-Limited STI / RA №327/555 Version III.
I'm after new Gearbox. My budget is up to 3.5K. What would be the best for my car. I'm intending to run it on alot of track days as well as in town. The bhp I will settle the car with the new Gearbox would be anything between 450-500BHP.
I would really appreciated everybody's opinion.
P.S. Do i need to change my diffs along with the new gearbox or not. I'm targeting solid performance along with reliability!

6 speed every time in that car, especially with UK ratios to give it longer legs and better cruise economy.

A conversion should come in under your budget, but you will need a rear diff to match the 6 speeder, 'cos your car has 4.4:1 final drives front and rear.

Call for more advice if l can help you.
