gearbox 3rd gear issues advice needed

gearbox 3rd gear issues advice needed
HI Guys
I'm after some advice on the problem ive got with my gearbox.
i have a 2003 wrx and 3rd gear is jumping out when driving along , mainly when i lift off the throttle. all the rest of the gears are fine.
any ideas of what it can be or will have have to pull the box out and get it fix.
