basically im after another subaru after selling my bugeye WRX last june. i put up an advert for my bmw to see if i could get any interest in a swap. someone has offered me a 1994 impreza wrx sti wagon. it looks a real nice car, only 130k km on clock, loads of reciepts and a few tasty extra's. BUT its an automatic!! are they any good? or would i regret not holding out for a manual?

There's been a few threads from people asking how to convert autos to manual, so guessing not. Some auto cars have less bhp than their manual equivalents I'm led to believe.
