STI AWD system related problem?

I have a GC8 1999 STI and i have noticed that sometimes when one of its rear wheels is off the ground, when driving in an uneven road or somewhere, that specific wheel starts spinning and the car doesnt move. (while all 3 other wheels are touching the ground). Is this normal? since specially all 2 front wheels are still firmly touching the ground, shouldn't it supposed to be moving forward?

(my car has rear LSD but doesnt have DCCD. )
