Down Pipe and cats?
#1
1. The downpipe will increase the soundlevel. By how much depends on the type and manufacturer (spelling?).
2. There is on cat in the downpipe and a dog in the centre section. Ie there is two of them.

Hi
Magnex make a centre decat pipe with a resonator box which helps keep the noise levels down.
CLick on my banner, email me or give us a call if we can help.

Couple of quick questions
1) Does adding a down pipe increase the noise level of the exhaust? (I want to keep mine as close to the standard noise level as I can).
2) Do any of the cats sit in the down pipe or are these all in the centre section of a standard MY99 turbo?
Many thanks in advance.
Richard.
