MY96 - dump valve on intake pipe or intercooler?

I believe it is on the intake pipe.
Looking from the front of the car, it is on the left next to the intercooler!!

Dump valve should be on the "charged" side of the system, not on the intake side.

If you are fitting an after market dv, you need it to go onto the charged side before it goes into the throttle body.

96 car should be on drivers side between turbo and intercooler.

thanks for the replies, most helpful
reason i asked is i have a buyer for my dump valve, and was just checking that his 96 impreza uses the same location as my 96 legacy.......which it does
