Flywheel weight
Hi guys!
I'm going to change clutch and flywheel. I want to put lightweight flywheel, what weight would be the best for everyday driving.
Thanks.

The standard one. LWFW's can be great but unless you are 100% focused on el'rapido I wouldn't bother. Mine dampens far less noise from the drivetrain and can take a couple of turnovers to get going on start up. Don't get me wrong it feels nice to drive, but then I don't use mine everyday and when it does get used I ring it's neck !

I run a 4.3kg one in my daily driver and have done for years.
The most popular weight with our customers is just over 5kgs: http://www.superhids.co.uk/lightweig...l-5-speed.html
Don't confuse lightened OEM flywheels, which you can't go below 7kgs due to the flywheel becoming too weak, with aftermarket purpose made forged items which are still very strong at 4.3kgs.
