Default rattle

just fitted a new exedy pink box clutch and fidanza flywheel, all went together fine, replaced the release bearing and the flywheel spigot bearing, new oil, but now when the car is ingear and moving with no load on it , I am getting a rattle, seems to get worse as it gets hotter, but doesn't do it on idle if not in gear, or whilst accelerating or the first part of decellerating, only when you have coated for a bit and the speed has decreased, could this be a result of the clutch ? is it known for this ? could it be a result of a lighter flywheel and the fact that the load is less because of the turning mass ? or have I got the wrong oil ? 75/90 fully synthetic, or something different entirely ?
Has anybody experienced this after fitting the same things as I know it is a popular setup ?
