some say in the manifold others say in the lowwer part of the down pipe need to know for sure.............GAZ

its in the down pipe (cat) and there is a connecter on the left side of the engine bay below the master cylinder, at least it is on mine! 94 wrx. hope this helps

The sensor is in the headers on the drivers side , just below the rocker cover , the one in the down pipe is a temp sensor for the cat .

As mentioned in the header pipe. You should find it behind the drivers side front wheel.
