Question Legacy B4 GTB T/T Gearbox into a Classic Impreza GL???

Hi,

I have a 2.0 auto GL, highly cosmetically modified, but I fancy the tiptronic box setup.

I could really use some technical help, I need to know if a Legacy B4 GTB Twin/Turbo Gearbox will physically fit and work in a Classic Impreza GL???

I know nothing about drivetrain modding - donor option looks to be a gearbox from a B4 2.0 TT GTB

I assume I'd also need its torque converter and it's gearbox ecu? Any advice you can give will be great - all I found was this thread from a search:

https://www.scoobynet.com/drivetrain...t-impreza.html

How can I establish what diffs are in my P-reg 2.0 GL?

Thanks.
Jodie

The guys selling the one I looked at said it wouldnt fit, and wiring tiptronic would be incredibly difficult and expensive
