API charge £220 + VAT for fitting, remember you will need a flywheel skim which is about £50-60 +VAT or the clutch will fail quickly. Time wise "the book" time is 8 hours so you will get all manner of quotes, but it can be done with a ramp and correct equipment in around 4 hours.

An exchange skimmed flywheel is normally fine, and if you need one in advance you can buy one and pay extra until you send your one back. Bear in mind the postage costs if you are not close to a dealer. Maybe give API a call or someone who is close to you, other option is to find a compnay to machine the flywheel but that will cause a delay.

Last time a looked a new flywheel was £300+
