Default 225mm v 230mm clutch

Hi
I am deciding weather to go for a standard 225 mm exedy clutch or fork out on the bigger 230mm one.
I have been told that both sizes will fit (car is a 1996 import wrx )

My questions are

1. Will the extra 5mm make a big difference and is it worth the extra expense ?

2. What is the difference in terms or power/torque capabilities of both ?

3. Do they feel about the same ?

Would the standard 225mm exedy clutch handle 300-320 bhp or would it be best to go for the 230mm one?

You will need to skim your flywheel or change it if you go for a bigger clutch.
