looking from the rear of car, the left cv gaiter from the read diff has no clamp....

i tried a jubilee, plastic cable tie and cv clip......but each one has a joining peice that hits the exhaust every time it goes around.

the other side gaiter has a metal clip (pink) that is just wrapped around flush, where do i get this and whats it called

 

You mean a CV band? Sounds like you might already have tried one though, and there's nothing I know of that would sit flusher than that:

cheers m8, thats the one i need.....local car shop gave me one with a big notch that you pinch together to tighten....not sure which tool does the band though
