Default extreme clutch judder

i had my clutch replaced last september due to it slipping. I went for the exedy organic clutch. I didnt have my flywheel replaced or skimmed as the garage inspected it and it was fine. Ever since i've had it fitted i get extremely bad judder. Its most apparent when changing down gears and pulling away in 1st. It litteraly shakes/jolts the whole car!! I kind of accepted it and put it down to the fact that it needed bedding in but i must of covered over 2000miles between september and december (car off the road since new year due to engine rebuild)

i've just had my engine rebuilt and the garage test drove my car and told me it should not be juddering that much, they think its a clutch issue rather than the flywheel. it makes it hell to drive. It goes away when i blip on downshifts but i dont want to have to blip on every shift!! I've tried a couple of fast getaways but this hasnt cured it. I had no judder on the clutch i had before. Not really sure what to do?

hello mate cheers sounds worth a try! how old is your clutch and when does it judder? mine does it on downshift which apparently is not very common?

hi guys any more ideas???? one thing i've also noticed is that from cold it doesnt judder, its only when it warms up which seems to be the opposite to most peoples judder problems? clutch also stinks abit when pulling away or reversing. notice it every time i get out after parking up

sounds like the flywheel has some high spots on it,always best to get them at least skimmed better still replaced,if your clutch was slipping badly then chances are your flywheel will look like a ploughed field, depends on if it went down to the rivets of the friction plate,be carefull if you decided to go for a lightend flywheel as i've just had to go back to standard one after it started making horrid noises from the gearbox on over run, good luck anyway, hope you get it sorted

gonna try A.P next.
i dont think it does the gearboxes any good either
