Default How often should the diff/gbox oil be changed?

As titled really, car is a 1998 Import WRX Wagon. Also what grade oil should be used for the diffs and the gearbox? Has anyone got any recommendations?

cheers

Steve

I've been tryin gto find out the same thing aswell!

Roger Clark Motorsport suggest every 30k or 2.5 years, but it doesn't state what model type this is for.

I'm not sure what the official line is, but if someone like RCM states such things, you can bet that's pretty close to what the manufacturer guidelines would be.

I believe the rear diff uses an 80w-90 oil and the front diff/gearbox uses a 75w-90 semi synth, though for the latter there seems to be differing types, ie stuff that's suitable for syncro boxes and stuff that isn't, see my other thread on here as I'm also trying to make sure myself!
