Clutch + flywheel - couple of q's!
Now the wheels are in motion to finishing my project, time to concentrate on the next bits i need, a clutch + flywheel.

Im gonna need a clutch to handle 350/350 +, as power wise im hoping for high 300's and the turbo im gettings classed as a 380bhp turbo, but capable of more - what would you reccomend for a 5spd box clutch wise? Iv seen the Helix items ZEN do, quite tempted.

Also - flywheels, whats best & how light it 'too light' before i start to loose torque? (am i right thinking light means better throttle + torque, but too light is too much?) Theres loads on the market.
Gearbox is a ty754, and IF/When it breaks il be filling it with ppg gears so im assuming clutch will be fine for this kinda thing!
Last - whats this about chaning the crankshaft rear oil seal at the same time? Should i?
Thanks people

1. Exedy or ACT uprated organics. ACT organics will handle more torque.
2. Very subjective. I run a 4.3kg flywheel which is about as light as it gets. My everyday car and I love it. Makes the car nice and lively. 6.3kg ones are the most popular though with our customers for everyday cars.
