Tuning advice - exhaust?

Tuning advice - exhaust?
Hello all,
I have an 03 WRX with PPP.
I already have a Blitz Nur Spec R and soon I'll be getting the following fitted:-
> VF35 turbo
> Pink injectors
> Walbro fuel pump
> PFR7B's
> Remap
I've been told by my Tuner that I should also get the Up-pipe replaced.
Is this correct and should I also change the Down-pipe and Mid-pipe??
STi TMIC etc will follow at a later date, just want to get the best out of the above mods.
Where's the best / cheapest place for exhausts at the moment?

best option is to pick up a prodrive sport cat downpipe used, about £150 and then either a std sti up pipe used (about £40) or a new stainless one (about £125) but get it heat wrapped. also cheapest centre section I have seen is on api website, available with a box as well for under £100.
