Hi all,
the time has come to change the clutch, not desperate, but I've been putting it off for a while.
I've been looking around for the cheapest price on an AP organic kit, supply only. The best price I can find is a pretty reasonable £356 inc. vat. Anyone know where I can get one cheaper? Is this as reasonable as I think it is?

Cheers,

Al

yeah, thats as cheap as it gets mate, ive had one which i fitted myself, and thats about what i paid. my car is about 250bhp and ive had no probs at all. after a week or two, once its bedded in, feels like a OE clutch with an ever so slightly heavier pedal (not noticable on the move though).

regards

ian

On top of that price is also 5-6 hours labour(unless you do it yourself),I think GGR is about £650 all in.

Thanks Steve. Fitting is not an issue as the box is coming out for another job under warranty anyway, so it's the ideal time to do the clutch. £650 all in sounds like an awful lot for what the job is. Maybe I'm just spoilt with the labour rates up here.

I find the AP organic a much lighter pedal action than the original - my car runs well over 300bhp and it has been fine to date - also mine was fitted for free as the box was off
