uk 6 speed into a uk 5 speed 02 Bugeye

Hi,

If i was to fit a UK 6 speed box into a 02 Bugeye, would the rear diff need to be changed or can i keep the original diff?

does anyone have any UK 6 speed gearbox codes... the only ones i can find as JDM or US... my Transmission chart only has a part code for the Uk boxes.
