If I saw them and thought I could answer I would have tried. What were your questions?

Thumbs up

As per John, i would if i could.

As for you being a newbie scum there is not an 'in crowd' or any newbie predudices that i am aware of - people answer if they can, try re-posting and i'll see if i can help.

All the best

Paul

Hmm - Well I certainly keep my flame suit at hand since:

"Sorry I am muppetising a very noble thread, but the *newbie boy* sent it off topic asking about smilies."

btw- John after 2249 posts can you still remember your newbie days ?

Andy.

Dan,

I just posted this in your other thread....
Dan,

Chill out m8

You posted this at midnight this morning and by 10am you are complaining no-one's answered your question - most of us do sleep after midnight and then have a day job to keep the Scoob on the road.......

I usually give it a day or so before putting it back to the top and asking again......

BTW - I'm afraid I can't help you with your query 'cos I don't know anything about the products in question......(this time)
Matt

I spend some time on Scoobynet during the day between commitments (I also type very quickly which helps), but having worked an AVERAGE of 80+ hours a week for the last three years until 6 months ago and currently working for my third lot of postgraduate qualifications after a 5 year course leading to two degrees and 3 1/2 years working since, you could say I make the most of my time both working, studying and playing. I also happen to have had a half day today

Wink

Student scums are the ones who don't earn anything for years on end though I have been working for 3 1/2 years. Being an undergraduate student is a complete doss in comparison to doing harder exams AND working full time plus endless out of hours work. My wife is the same doing an MBA in her "spare" time.

Dan,

Welcome! Everyone on here was a newbie once, take it easy, mostly you'll get your answers, but do be a bit patient.

Somedays you just get lucky - I just answered a post on exhaust fitting with a link to full instructions with picture, 7 minutes after it was posted. Other days it may take a while if your question is a bit obscure or people are busy.

If you're having no luck with a post after a couple of days or so try replying to it yourself to get it back to the top of the forum - it may have been overlooked. Put something like 'ttt' in the message - stands for 'to the top'.

Cheers
Tim
PS It don't help that search is still down - anyone no if it's ever coming back?
