What is the relevance to big end failure, he is talking about gearbox issues ? Or did I miss something (probably)

Cool

This is a simple, do it yourself modification to convert the impreza fuel system to run as two parallel banks of injectors rather than 4 in series.

Mind you, you do need to remove the intake manifold, and that is something you shouldn't do unless you are sure of what you are doing.

The I-club has been talking about this for a while... in fact, there are fuel rail replacement kits that convert to parallel feed available for some cars, including the new age turbo. These cost ~$400+shipping etc.

I did the parallel feed on my 2.5RS. Measured 8PSI drop between the supply and the last injector in the feed. I'm trying to fit this on my new STi engine. Will probably do this once I've driven it in stock form for some time though.
