Default replacing gearbox

what sort of job is this? this is incase i have to replace the box.

Did mine yesterday, first time it took me about 6/7 hours on a ramp with no help - other than a gearbox jack. Yesterday it took me about 9 hours, I thought the shafts were a different size as I could not get it on further than 2 inchs. Turned out the fork was stopping it. You need a extra pair of hands to wiggle the fork once it's on the bearing.

Do a search I think JGM wrote a small how to a few months ago.
