I was going to respond until I read the sexual favours bit
From memory..
Get the car as high up in the air as you can...
remove intercooler
remove starter motor
remove allen bolt which start motor hid (10mm allen key)
use an M6 bolt (one from the cam cover fits) and wind into the clutch fork pivot, wiggle the clutch fork and pull the pivot out,
undo the bell housing bolts / nuts,
remove cover over the prop shaft connecting point between box and rear diff,
undo prop shaft,
remove prop shaft bearing bracket,
remove gearbox oil,
drop out and remove prop,
support gearbox with jacket etc,
remove driveshafts - undo one hub and remove pin from driveshaft stubs,
undo the gearbox cradle from body and then from gearbox,
drop gearbox back and down and off the clutch / flywheel..

Having done this a few times i would only add to the above that the box IS VERY HEAVY and you can be fooled to think it is not by it's small size. (5 speeder)
The box rarely 'just comes off' and will/may need real brute force to get it off.
Also, on my Sti I need to remove the turbo down pipe and crack both front hubs to free the half shafts to get the freedom to get it off. This could easily be me doing it the hard way!
It takes much longer getting it all back.
A cool beer or 3 helps with the latter.

Done this once to change the clutch, my advice pay someone to do it, you will need a good transmission jack to support the box, as said they are heavy, and if the box has not been off before it will be stuck on the dowel pins, brute force required to remove, took me 2 days and i had all the tools.
The car has to be really high on axle stands to get the box from under the car.

Make sure you have one of David's lightened flywheels while API are in there, well worth it in my experience:
DropShots Day
API prepared transmission and flywheel
