Very easy, did mine on the side of the road, it's held on by 2 bolts a 3 rubber hangers, it you jack the car up on the n/s or park the n/s side on the kurb it gives you enough room to get under
as granby says, nice and easy
couple of tips (not sure how old your car is) you might need a new gasket, it's a right pain in the **** if you take it apart and the thing is knackered, they're only about a fiver anyway.
and it's worth spraying a bit of wd40 on the nuts over a couple of days.
i also put a little on the rubber hangers as they can be a bit of a git to unhook if you're in limited space.
